- A description of your enquiry as provided by you during the conversation
- The transcript of your conversation with the Assistant
We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined under UK GDPR Article 9) through the Assistant.

- Enquiry routing: To direct your enquiry to the appropriate professional services firm or fee earner
- Lead management: To provide our clients with qualified lead information so they can follow up
- Quality assurance: To review conversation quality and improve the Assistant's performance

4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): You have initiated contact with a professional services firm. Processing your data to route that enquiry is necessary for our legitimate interest in providing the Service.
- Consent: Where required, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing your data.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
- Our client firms: The professional services firm whose AI Assistant you have interacted with will receive your contact details and enquiry summary
- Sub-processors: We engage third-party service providers to host and operate our AI engagement platform. These providers process data on our behalf under written Data Processing Agreements compliant with UK GDPR. A current list of sub-processors is available on written request from adrian@integritisystems.com.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
6. International Transfers
Your data is processed and stored within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data collected through the Assistant for a maximum of 12 months from the date of collection, unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed with the relevant client firm.
8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

By accessing or using our website, AI Assistant, or any services provided by Integriti Systems®, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Integriti Systems® provides:
- AI Client Engagement systems for professional services firms
- Business Performance Diagnostics
- AI Automation Consultancy services
Specific terms for engagements with client firms are governed by separate Service Agreements between Integriti Systems® and the client.
4. Use of the AI Assistant
The AI Client Engagement Assistant on our website and on client websites is provided for informational and enquiry-routing purposes only. It does not provide legal, financial, accountancy or other professional advice, and operates entirely upstream of any professional services relationship.
You agree not to:
- Use the Assistant for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Assistant
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the Assistant to harass, abuse, or harm others
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, methodology, branding and software associated with Integriti Systems® — including but not limited to the AI Assistant, the diagnostic tools, the brand identity, and all written materials — is the property of Integriti Marketing Ltd and protected by UK trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Our UK trademark registration (Classes 9, 35 and 42) protects the Integriti Systems® name and methodology. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our services
- The total liability of Integriti Systems® in respect of any claim arising from use of our website or AI Assistant shall not exceed £100
- For client engagements under a Service Agreement, separate liability terms apply as set out in that agreement
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Information provided through our website or AI Assistant does not constitute legal, financial, accountancy, tax, or other professional advice. You should always consult an appropriately qualified professional before taking any action based on information from our services.
